A common theme recently with leaders has been, 'How do I know it's not just my ego?'

Their passion is pulled back and held at the edge of powerful release into full expression of true self as their purposeful action in the world. Their influence goes missing. With-holding is not good for us, as any sex therapist would tell us. Know your true motivation and you will know the difference.

And if you have to ask the question, just know, that's your ego talking.
